Are you enthusiastic, agile, and ready to put your ideas into action—with a dash of humor and positivity? Join us as we launch breakthrough medicines that truly make a difference, improving and saving lives across the country.

We are looking for a future-focused communicator for the position of Sales Manager – CVRM (CardioVascular, Renal, and Metabolic Disease).

Who are we seeking?

You are someone with a bold, assertive personality and strong leadership ambitions—who sees this role as the launchpad for a remarkable journey with AstraZeneca. You combine responsibility with real commitment, setting ambitious goals for yourself and your team, inspiring others by example. Your natural coaching abilities help you build strong, motivated teams with a spirit of positivity and collaboration.

When you face challenges, you look for solutions—listening, exchanging ideas, and acting decisively. You bring energy and discipline to implementing strategy, adapting to customer needs while always striving for better results. Transforming scientific insights into compelling, patient-centered conversations comes naturally, and your analytical mind spots market opportunities that others might miss.

You’re an expert collaborator, skilled at driving cross-functional Key Account planning and connecting the dots between marketing, medical, market access, and sales. You see digitalization as an opportunity for smarter, more impactful customer engagement—and you actively foster a culture of open, honest, and respectful communication. Supporting the growth and development of your team is important to you, and you empower others to achieve their best.

What you'll bring:

You have a degree or equivalent experience in a scientific or economic field, and you’re recognized for your ability to mentor, coach, and inspire high-performing teams. You excel at account management, data analysis, and customer engagement, with a track record in building meaningful relationships. Your presentation skills set you apart, allowing you to make complex ideas simple and relevant.

Experience or knowledge within cardiology, diabetology, or nephrology is especially valuable, ideally with exposure to hospital or specialty settings. You’re comfortable with travel and eager to immerse yourself in Austria’s dynamic healthcare environment.

What we offer:

You’ll join a lively, supportive team where every day brings new opportunities to grow. Shape your own forward-focused career with learning and development options—including international pathways. Your starting salary will be from €85,619.20 gross per year, with the possibility of overpayment depending on your experience and skills. Of course, there’s more: success-based bonuses, a company car and mobile phone, and a full range of social benefits including supplementary insurance and a company pension.

Why AstraZeneca? Here, your career journey goes beyond just a job. It’s about shaping the future of healthcare, bringing your ideas to life, and growing further than you thought possible. We’ll support you every step of the way—so you can discover your full potential, and make a real difference.

Are you ready to shape your future with us? We’re excited to hear from you!
